Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team.
The Content Creator will be responsible for capturing and producing engaging content related to SPIRE Academy boarding school programs, student athletes, and SPIRE events.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as a strong understanding of sports content and videography.
Key
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Capture and produce high-quality videos and photos related to SPIRE Academy programs, student athletes, and SPIRE events.
Assist in storytelling and showcasing the unique aspects and achievements of SPIRE Academy.
Develop both long-form and short-form videos that resonate with the target audience.
Social Media and Marketing:
Assist with the creation and distribution of content for SPIRE's social media channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging campaigns and promotions.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Equipment and Setup:
Set up and operate photo/video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored when not in use.
Mic up individuals during interviews, events, and games to capture clear audio.
Media Organization:
Assist in the organization and management of the Media Drive, ensuring all content is properly labeled, archived, and accessible.
Coordinate with team members to facilitate the sharing and distribution of media assets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation, videography, and photography.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Strong creative and critical thinking skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel for away games and competitions as needed All potential candidates will be required to submit a portfolio of their work.
